About us
Kaplea is a project born from two founders' passion for Kapla: Pol-Valentin and Maïlys. Our mission is simple: help every family enjoy moments of screen-free building with Kapla wooden planks!
We wanted to create brand-new Kapla models to enrich play time with your children, and to take ideas inspired by other creators and turn them into step-by-step tutorials. Some models already existed, but they weren't always easy to reproduce, especially for children building on their own!
That's why we created downloadable PDF sheets so you can easily recreate our build ideas. And for the harder builds, we offer 3D models of the plans.
The 2 founders of Kaplea
We are two Kapla enthusiasts who want to share our passion with you!
Pol-Valentin
co-founder of Kaplea
Dad of two boys aged 2 and 4, co-founder of Kaplea. He writes the content about models, family activity ideas and the 3D generator.
Maïlys
co-founder of Kaplea
Aunt of 4 nephews and a big Kapla fan, co-founder of Kaplea. She writes the content about teaching, educational sheets and the benefits of wooden play for child development.
Feel free to comment on the models to help us improve the building instructions, and to share your own creations and builds!
