Kapla building models for every level

At Kaplea, we wanted a catalogue that opens Kapla up to every child from the age of 3, with or without an adult by their side. The builds are organised into three difficulty levels.

Different difficulty levels for your builds

The easy level brings together our Kapla models for children from 3 or 4, with few planks and short steps. These are our favourite examples for first play sessions or for children discovering Kapla. Feel free to build alongside your child the first time! The intermediate level is for children aged roughly 5 to 7, who are picking up the basics and want to move on to slightly more elaborate builds. The hard level is for seasoned builders: complex Kapla models, sometimes made of several hundred planks, that call for focus, patience and method. Perfect from the age of 8!

Every Kapla model in our catalogue is available as a PDF sheet, downloadable straight from its thumbnail or its detail page. The sheets are designed to work anywhere: at home on a tablet, printed out on the living-room table, or laminated in the classroom so they last.

Everything is on the Kaplea sheet, which becomes a true visual guide: the planks you need, the difficulty level, the recommended ages and, of course, the build illustrated step by step. No more hunting the internet for Kapla examples: download, print and build.

Whatever you want to build, our step-by-step Kapla building guide walks you through every stage. And if you want new ideas, you can either browse our models by category or turn to our 3D generator to create your very own build.
