Build the gift step by step
Step 1: build the box
Lay two planks flat and parallel, then two more across them. Repeat up to eight rows: this is the box, built in crossed courses.
Step 2: build the lid
Carry on with six more rows, still crossing the Kapla. This is the lid of your gift.
Step 3: close the top
Close the top with five planks laid flat, tight against one another.
Step 4: add the ribbon
In the middle of each side, stand one plank up against the box. It reaches exactly the top: this is the ribbon.
💡 Astuce : press each Kapla well against the box, it is the box that keeps it standing.
Step 5: tie the bow
On top, lay two planks in a cross in line with the ribbon, then two more at an angle. This is the bow. Your gift is ready to give!
